Service Description
Curated henna experiences designed for charity events, formal luncheons, pop-ups, festivals, community celebrations, girls’ nights, retirement communities, and brand activations. Each free-hand design is applied in a calm, professional setting, offering refined, wearable art that integrates naturally into the flow of the occasion.
Cancellation Policy
A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure your event date. Dates are reserved once confirmation and deposit are received. Final details — including duration, guest flow, design scope, and location logistics — must be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to the event. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date may receive a partial refund of the deposit, minus any administrative or material preparation costs. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. For outdoor events, a covered and weather-protected area must be provided. Love Ink Art reserves the right to pause or discontinue service in the event of unsafe weather or environmental conditions. Henna is applied using natural, plant-based paste. Guests with known skin sensitivities or allergies should consult prior to application. Travel outside Manatee and Sarasota County may incur an additional fee.
