Love Ink Art Membership Terms & Conditions
Living Art Memberships
Your Love Ink membership is a ritual of adornment — a creative commitment designed for each season of your story. Each plan provides one session per month within its valid term, according to your selected tier: Petal, Blossom, or Flourish.

Scheduling and Renewal
Sessions must be scheduled in advance and used within the same membership month.
Members may carry forward one unused session into the following month; additional unused sessions expire at the end of that extension.
Memberships automatically renew monthly unless canceled at least seven days before the billing date.
Six‑month and twelve‑month plans follow the same renewal cycle unless prepaid in full.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Missed or late-canceled appointments will be considered used for that month.
Cancellations made before renewal take effect the following month.
Membership payments are non-refundable once the billing period begins.

Creative Scope and Use
Memberships apply exclusively to natural henna sessions performed by Love Ink artists.
They cannot be redeemed for pop-up, event, or retail services.
Each session’s design time and complexity reflect your membership tier and artistic preferences.

Henna Safety and Consent
All designs are created with natural, plant-based henna — never synthetic dyes or PPD.
By participating, you acknowledge responsibility for communicating allergies or sensitivities before application.
Love Ink assumes no liability for reactions, sensitivities, or variations in skin stain results.

Artistic Ethos and Membership Integrity
Memberships are for personal use and non-transferable.
Service durations may vary depending on design size, body area, and artistic detail.
Prices and offerings may evolve over time to reflect creative growth and material changes; updates will be shared by email or website notice.

Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that ongoing participation signifies continued acceptance.
