Refund Policy

Deposits & Booking

• All appointment deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your time slot and allow for advance preparation of materials and designs.

• Deposits may be transferred to a new date only with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to your appointment.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• To transfer your deposit to a rescheduled appointment, notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failing to attend your appointment (“no-show”), will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Refunds on Services

• Completed henna services are non-refundable due to their custom and temporary nature.

• If dissatisfied, contact us within 24 hours of your appointment for possible solutions, such as a complimentary minor touch-up at our discretion.

• No refunds are offered once henna has been applied, as results vary depending on skin type, placement, and aftercare.

 

Allergies & Adverse Reactions

• Henna is considered safe for most skin types, but please inform us in advance of any known allergies or sensitivities.

• We recommend a patch test if you have concerns about skin reactions.

• Adverse reactions will be addressed individually and may be subject to additional terms.

By booking an appointment and receiving services, clients acknowledge and accept these risks and the refund terms outlined above.
